Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing The Keep. By completing your purchase you agree to the following terms.

Services The Sacred Stillroom offers a three-session spiritual healing experience called The Keep, available for individuals and couples. Sessions are conducted by Jenna J. Swain, Licensed Social Worker and Stillroom Keeper.

Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care The Keep is a spiritually rooted healing experience and is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988.

Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy Due to the deeply personal and limited-availability nature of The Keep, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. If an extraordinary circumstance arises, please contact hello@sacredstillroom.com and we will address it with care and discretion.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited at the discretion of Jenna J. Swain.

Confidentiality All session content is held in strict confidence by Jenna J. Swain in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Clients are equally asked to respect the confidential nature of the process.

Disclaimer Results of The Keep experience vary by individual. The Sacred Stillroom makes no guarantee of specific spiritual, emotional, or relational outcomes.

Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
