The Sacred Stillroom
Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Nature of Services
The Sacred Stillroom offers private, faith-based pastoral counsel through a signature framework developed by Jenna J. Swain. Services are offered under the name The Sacred Stillroom and include The Alignment Assessment, The Return, and Further In.

This is not therapy, counseling, or any form of licensed mental health treatment. Services do not operate under Jenna J. Swain's clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The Sacred Stillroom is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional, call 988, or call 911.

Faith-Based Framework
The work offered at The Sacred Stillroom is explicitly faith-based. Clients must be open to Jesus as the source of power in the room. Clients do not need to be practicing Christians but must be willing to receive the work within a faith-based framework centered on Jesus Christ.

Payment
Full payment is required prior to scheduling your first session. All prices are listed in US dollars and processed securely through Stripe. Investment details are provided during your introductory call.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases are non-refundable. Due to the deeply personal and limited-availability nature of this work, no refunds will be issued after purchase under any circumstances.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be forfeited. No exceptions will be made without the express discretion of Jenna J. Swain.

Between-Session Communication
Text access is included as part of The Return and Further In. This is an extension of the work — not an emergency service. Response times are within 24 hours. This service is not available for crisis support.

Confidentiality
All session content and communication is held in strict confidence by Jenna J. Swain in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Clients are equally asked to respect the confidential nature of the process. Confidentiality may be limited where required by law, including but not limited to situations involving imminent harm to self or others.

No Guarantee of Outcomes
Results vary by individual. The Sacred Stillroom makes no guarantee of specific spiritual, emotional, or relational outcomes. The depth and nature of results are dependent upon the openness, engagement, and commitment of the client to the process.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
